Cinco in Style

Colorful, flamenco dancers, tacos, sangria, mariachi bands, and tropical cocktails with cute little umbrellas.  Being a fan of all the above, Cinco de Mayo is basically a staycation-type holiday I look forward to every year.  Not to mention, the Midwestern weather is typically warmer and more ideal to enjoy a margarita on a patio, officially announcing that nicer days are here to stay.  Here are 5 fashionable looks to get you inspired for your Cinco de Mayo celebration.

Space Mermaid

Lanvin/Marc by Marc Jacobs/3.1 Phillip Lim

Perhaps the prettiest spring trend of them all:  Iridescent.  Futuristic fun meets metallic mermaid.  Colorful from every angle, it's easy to see why major designers played with this holographic fashion on the runway.   For a major impact, don an iridescent dress or top.  For a more settle effect, go with a rainbow-like, oil-slick inspired accent clutch or pair of oxfords.
